推进剂液位罐外超声波远距离检测的实现

摘    要:储罐内推进剂液位及其相关量不易检测,运用超声波技术设计了一种液位罐外远距离检测装置,重点介绍特殊介质测量模型的建立、硬件与软件的设计与实现、结果表明,该方法解决了罐外超声远距离检测的难题,测量精度可达0.1%。

Abstract:The propellant liquid level in tank was difficult to measure and an ultrasonic equipment was designed for its long-distance measurement outside the tank. The setup of the measuring model for special medium and the design and realization of both software and hardware were introduced emphatically. Test results showed that the equipment was applicable for propellant liquid level measurement outside the tank with the precision of 0. 1 %.
