摘    要:哈萨克斯坦肯基亚克盐下油藏,上覆3000m巨厚盐膏层,埋藏深(4500m),油层异常高压(80MPa),裂缝发育,易坍塌。2004年新钻的4口裸眼完成井,投产时出现了油层严重垮塌,井下堵塞,油井报废。通过研究,利用测井资料建立了储层地应力剖面,地层强度剖面,确定了单井临界生产压差,优选了完井方式和生产油嘴,有效解决了油层坍塌问题,成功地将一个前苏联认为无法开采的边际油田,高速建成了年产200×10^4t的高产油田。

Abstract:The oil layers below the salty layers in Kenjiyak, Kazakstan is abnormal high pressure, and easy collapsed with multi fractures. The oil layers of four open hole wells drilled in 2004 occurred serious collapse to result in downhole plugging and oil well fail when oil well put into production. Through research, using well-log information established earth stress profile and formation strength profile, determined critical production pressure drop of single-well and optimized completion method and production choke, the problem of oil layers collapse was resolved effectively. By applying critical draw down pressure, we have successfully built up a high production oil field that is now with 200 million tons of oil production per year instead of that was considered a low production oil field in former Soviet Union.
