铁合金产能过剩下新的低水平重复建设

指出在当前全国铁合金产能过剩的情况下,又涌现出盲目扩张的热潮,这不仅会增大产能过剩而且将加剧资源与市场的矛盾以及产业结构的失调;同时在大型成套铁合金主辅装备、技术还未尽成熟的条件下,有些又出于急功近利、求省图快,出现新的低水平、粗放型重复建设项目,呼吁予以关注。
