四面抽芯塑件的注射模设计

摘    要:分析了塑件的成型工艺,设计了1模4腔、四面抽芯的注射模结构,巧妙地把侧抽芯机构和顶出机构设计成一个机构,有效地克服了由于空间狭小而造成内抽芯的困难。试生产证明,该设计是有效的。

Abstract:The forming process of plastic parts is analyzed, and the injection mold mechanism of one mold with four cavities and four sides core-drawing is designed, side core-drawing mechanism and ejector mechanism are subtly designed into one mechanism, which effectively overcomes the difficulties of inner core-drawing caused by small spaces. Whilst, the testing manufacture shows the design is effective.
