| 摘 要： | A system for glass thickness measurement is introduced.The signal ac-quisition part of the system adopts parallel plate capacitor,and measured signals are transformed into pulse frequency by capactitance-frequency transformation circit,then transmitted it in optical fibers.So this system has high speed,high precision and high re-sistance to interference.
