| 摘 要： | 介绍了IEEE1394总线在TFT-LCD检测系统中的应用,通过IEEE1394总线实现TFT-LCD 检测系统的光斑数据采集以及图像采集板和Z轴控制器之间的通信.给出了1394通信模块的软硬件设计.
