正弦激励下扭转微镜动态特性分析

摘    要:考虑边缘效应的影响,建立了耦合扭转微镜的非线性动力学方程,研究了正弦激励下耦合扭转微镜的动力学特性。数值分析表明,在考虑了边缘效应后微镜的扭转角和垂直位移增大,响应的周期不变,共振频率约为固有频率的一半。

Abstract:Considering the influence of edge effects,the nonlinear dynamic equations of a couple torsion micro mirror was illustrated,the dynamic characteristics of a torsional micromirror driven by the harmonic excitation voltage was also analyzed.Numerical calculated results show that both the torsion angle and the vertical displacement will increase after considering edge effects,but the respond period is invariable,resonance frequency is about half of natural frequency.
