兼法兰式固定管板换热器螺栓力的简化研究

摘    要:以某换热器为例,讨论了管板兼法兰式结构中非线性因素对管板应力的影响,提出了可不做非线性分析,在结构的有限元模型上直接施加螺栓预紧力的简化方法。计算结果表明,该简化方法合理、安全、可靠,为该类结构的强度分析提供了数值依据.

Abstract:In this paper it was discussed that the effect of nonlinearity factor to the structure of tubesheet extended as a flange, with the example of a specific fixed tubesheet, and introduced that the simplification method of bolt preloading imposed directly on the structural FEA model without nonlinear analysis. The results showed that the simplified method is reasonable, safe, reliable, such as the structural strength analysis providing a numerical basis.
