摘    要:根据某电厂超临界600MW汽轮机实测试验数据,对在性能试验中容易被忽略的几点影响高中压效率的因素进行分析,得到各种影响因素对高中压缸效率的影响,计算得到的真实高中压缸效率对制造厂设计汽轮机和电厂运行具有重要指导意义.

Abstract:In accordance with measured test data of the 600MW super-critical steam turbine in a power plant,this paper conducts analysis on several factors which can affect on HIP turbine efficiency but is easy to be neglected in performance tests,and obtains the affects of such factors on HIP turbine efficiency.The calculated real HIP turbine efficiency will have significant instructive meaning for manufacturers in designing steam turbine and for power plants in operating.
