深井小井眼短半径水平井钻井技术

摘    要:介绍了深井小井眼短半径水平井钻井技术井身剖面、开窗工具及开窗侧钻方式的选择、井下马达的使用及与造斜率的匹配、测量方式的选择和测量工艺、现场施工中井眼轨迹控制的一些成功经验和预防井下事故和复杂情况的技术措施。从地层的可钻性、地层温度、钻井液性能、仪器的使用、马达的造斜率等方面介绍了深井小井眼短半径水平井与普通短半径水平井的不同之处。同时对深井小井眼短半径水平井钻井中存在的一些问题进行了分析,并给出了相应的技术措施,对指导同类井的设计施工和进一步提高深井小井眼短半径水平井钻井技术具有一定的意义。

Abstract:This paper introduces well trajectories of short-radius horizontal hole section in deep wells, selection of sidetrack tools and means, usage of mud motor and match with build up rate, selection of survey manners and techniques, successful field rule of thumb for well path control, and technical measures for downhole troubles. Technical differences between such a deep well and a normal one are discussed in terms of formation drillabilities, formation temperature, drilling fluid properties, usage of instruments, build up rate of mud motor, etc. In addition, this paper analyzes problems arised from drilling operations for such wells, and presents solutions which are help to improve drilling technology for deep-slim and short-radius horizontal wells further more.
