小型非接触式电能传输系统的设计与实现

摘    要:根据非接触式电能传输系统的实际应用,提出了该类系统的设计原则,并讨论了两种具体实现方案.针对以高频逆变原理为核心的系统构成,分析了其各组成部分的具体设计,给出了实验电路及参数,实现了一套完整的非接触式电能传输系统的样机.在此基础上,对样机进行了性能测试,给出了实验波形和测试数据.结果表明,该样机在气隙为7 mm时,耦合器的耦合系数达到0.415,样机整体效率达到56.7%,这为非接触式电能传输系统实现大气隙、高效率的实际应用提供了实验依据.
