摘    要:新型、高性能的石英系光纤,是信息产业发展不可缺少的重要物质。GeCl4作为制造石英系光纤的掺杂剂,虽然用量少但却很关键,其杂质含量直接影响光纤的质量。目前,国内缺乏能生产高品质光纤用GeCl4的技术和厂家,绝大多数光纤用GeCl4产品依赖国外进口,而生产光纤用GeCl4的技术难题主要是含氢杂质的脱除。因此,研究脱除GeCl4含氢杂质的工艺技术,对于我国锗产业打破国外技术封锁,提高经济效益和国际竞争力有着重要意义。文章以某厂高纯GeCl4为原料,对去除GeCl4中含氢杂质的工艺技术进行研究,为制备光纤用GeCl4提供技术参考和支持。

Abstract:New type of quartz fiber with high performance,is important and indispensable substances for information industry development.GeCl4 as the doping agent to manufacture quartz fiber,is very important in spite of its less usage amount,and its impurities affect the fiber quality directly.At present,there are short of technology and manufacturers to product high quality GeCl4 for preparation optical fiber in China,most GeCl4 for preparation optical fiber depends on imported products,the key technical problem is how to remove hydrogen impurity in the production of GeCl4 for preparation optical fiber.So research on the process of how to remove hydrogen impurity in GeCl4,has important significance to civil germanium industry,and which can break abroad technology blockading and improve the economic benefit and international competitiveness too.In this paper,the high purity GeCl4 of one civil plant as the raw material,the process of how to remove hydrogen impurity in GeCl4 was studied,which provided technical reference and support of GeCl4 for preparation optical fiber.
