合成单脂肪酸甘油酯的进展

介绍了近年来合成单脂肪酸甘油酯的各种方法。认为通过直接酯化法和甘油醇解法只能得到低纯度的单甘酯 ,采用基团保护法、环氧氯丙烷法和缩水甘油法可合成高纯度单甘酯 ,其中基团保护法具有操作简便 ,产品易分离的优点 ,是制备高纯度单甘酯最有用的方法。

Progress on synthesis of fatty acid monoglyceride

Various methods for preparation of monoglyceride in recent years were introduced.It is suggested that low monoglyceride contents were obtained by direct esterification of fatty acid with glycerol and glycerolysis of oil with glycerol,and high monoglyceride contents were prepared by the reaction of glycidol and fatty acid,reaction of epichlorophdrin and sodium stearate or the method of protective group of glycerol.Among these methods,the method of protection group of glycerol had advantages of simple operation and separation of monoglyceride,it was the best method for synthesis of high contents of monoglyceride.
