摘    要:论述利用Honeywell公司的TPS系统实现20万吨PET纺丝装置工艺空调的自动控制。工艺空调是保证纺丝质量的各项指标的重要条件之一,对其温度、湿度、风压要求非常严格。在工艺空调的生产过程中,主要考虑四个参数温度、湿度、风压、焓值,其中风压是单回路控制,由变频嚣进行风机调速控制送风压力。对于温度的控制是采用蒸汽盘管加热和冷冻水冷却的分程控制来实现的。对于湿度的控制是采用蒸汽直喷加温和冷冻水冷却除湿的分程控制来实现的。温度和湿度是互相干扰的,另外还有对焓值的控制,实现新风和回风混合后达到最佳的节能效果。着重论述如何实现温、湿度厦焓值自动控制。

Abstract:Analysis on how to utilize Honeywell's TPS system to realize automatic control over the process air conditioning of spinning unit in 200 000 t/y PET plant.The process air conditioning is one of the important preconditions to guarantee the quality of staple fiber.It is very strict with the temperature humidity wind pressure.During the production of process air conditioning four parameters need to be considered temperature humidity wind pressure total heat value.And among them wind pressure is controlled through single loop the control over the wind-sending pressure is realized through the transmitter adjusting the blower's speed.The temperature is stage-wise controlled by adopting steam-coil heating and chilled-water cooling.The humidity is stage wise controlled by adopting steam-spray wetting and chilled-water cooling.The temperature and humidity are disturbed each other.Also mentioned in the thesis is the control over the total heat value to realize optimized energy-saving effect after the mixture of fresh wind and back wind.The focus of the thesis is on how to realize the automatic control over temperature humidity and total heat value.
