| 摘 要： | 以电子式电能表为对象，给出一个基于RoHS指令的电子仪器仪表制造流程改善的实例，按此流程制造的产品经测试，满足欧盟RoHS指令的技术要求；同时，为了保持质量和进行持续改进，探讨了如何将RoHS指令融合到ISO9001质量管理体系中，经过数次体系审核，证明方法有效、实用。

| Abstract: | Electronic energy metering is used as the research object in this paper to demonstrate how to improve manufacturing process based on RoHS Law.Products made with this process have been tested and certificated by authority and proved to meet the need of RoHS Law.In order to keep the quality and Continual Improvement,the method that how to integrate the Law into quality management system is also discussed.Quality system Audits prove that this method is effective and practical. |
