电厂锅炉应用等离子点火的技术经济分析

摘    要:等离子点火技术的主要特点是锅炉点火、稳燃时不用或少用燃油,通过等离子直接用电弧点燃煤粉。该技术已在全国几十个电厂的锅炉燃烧器改造及新建锅炉机组上成功应用。本文以600MW新建锅炉机组为例,介绍等离子点火的原理和典型应用方案,并对该技术的应用进行技术经济分析。

Abstract:The main features of plasma ignition technology are: not using or only using a little oil during ignition or for stabilizing combustion, through plasma to directly ignite pulverized coal with electric arc. This technology has heen successbully applied in the burner retrofits of boilers in several tens coal-fired power plants or on the newly built boilers. This paper, with the newly built 600 MW boiler as example, briefs the principle of plasma ignition and the typical application scheme, and conducts the techno-economic analysis on this technology application.
