| Abstract: | Nano WO_3 film absorbes more attention because of its potential wide applications as electrochromics,gas sensing materials and electrocatalysts.This paper reviews the methods of its preparation and the effect of doping on its property.Preparation techniques include vacuum heating,sputtering,chemical vapor deposition,electrodeposition,sol-gel,et al.The size,crystal and charaterzation of nano WO_3 film depend on preparation and anion doping. |
