摘    要:文章对局部放电损伤过程中油浸绝缘纸的表面生成物及气隙气体进行了分析.利用显微镜和扫描电镜分析了绝缘表面形貌;利用红外光谱仪和X射线光电子能谱仪研究了绝缘表面生成物及其组分;同时分析了气隙气体体积变化,并利用气质联动仪研究了气体组分及其含量.研究结果表明:局部放电损伤过程中,气隙气体体积和电负性气体含量交替下降上升,放电...
