摘    要:对于二极管钳位三电平逆变器直流侧中点电位如何控制一直是个研究热点,总的可分为增加辅助硬件电路与改进调制方式两类方案.基于系统体积、功耗、稳定性等因素的考虑,改进调制方式更有优势.对于三电平逆变器而言,空间矢量调制已经能够较好地控制其中点电位,但对于更多电平则控制的复杂度大大增大,而采用注入零序分量的SPWM调制方法则简...

Abstract:The neutral point voltage balancing control of three-level neutral-point-clamped inverter is still a hot researching point,the solutions of which can be classified into two categories: adding accessory hardware circuit and improving modulating means.In respect of size,loss and stability of the system,the latter is more preferred.SVM has a good performance on three-level NPC inverter voltage balancing while the complexity increases largely as a result of the increasing levels,by contrast SPWM injected zero-s...
