| 摘 要： | 针对梳棉机后盖板隔距对棉结影响的试验数据,采用统计分析的全因子分析理论,利用方差分析及参数估计方法进行科学合理的分析,从而得出后固定盖板隔距对棉结有显著影响,道夫速度与后固定盖板隔距对棉结有交互作用,且交互作用高度显著的结论,并寻求出各条件的最佳水平。

| Abstract: | Based on experimental data,effect of back fixed plate gauge of a carding machine on neps was analyzed by multivariable statistics,in which methods of variance analysis and parameter estimation were adopted.The results show that back fixed plate gauge remarkably affect neps,and interact with neps,together with doffer speed.Accordingly,an optimum setting for these factors is proposed. |
