| 摘 要： | 介绍了在单件小批生产模式的制造企业中实施CIMS技术时，车间生产管理系统的生产要素建模的一种新方法。对产品结构，物料清单，工艺路线和工作中心等相关生产要素进行理论分析和数学建模，并在此基础上提出了生产计划分解的算法范例－基于车间层生产要素模型的JIT算法。

| Abstract: | This paper is involved with a new approach established to create the productive factor model of Shop Production Management System, while CIMS is applied in a manufacturing industry of single-part production mode. A new algorithm is advanced for schedule decomposition: just-in-time (JIT) algorithm on the productive factor model of the shop based on the analysis of the productive factors related to Product Structure, BOM, Routing and Work Center and mathematical model of them. |
