摘    要:为了满足短行程高速往复直线运动中高精度、快响应的要求,提出了一种基于DSP和直线电机的高口向应数模混合式直线伺服系统。分析了直流直线电机的数学模型和控制系统,给出了位置闭环复合控制器的设计,实验结果表明伺服系统的性能达到了设计要求。

Abstract:In order to meet the demands for high precision and rapid response in short-stroke and high-speed linear reciprocating movement, a high response linear servo system with digital-analogue control was presented based on DSP and linear motor. The mathematic model and control sys tem of linear DC motor were analyzed and a position closed loop complex controller was designed. The results of experiments show that performance of the servo system can meet the design requirements.
