摘    要:根据赫兹接触理论,在JD—1型轮轨模拟试验机上通过改变钢轨曲率半径研究了曲线半径对地铁钢轨磨损的影响。实验结果表明:随着曲率半径的减小,钢轨磨损量增大,磨损深度和宽度均有所增加;钢轨曲率半径较小时,轮轨间存在蠕滑行为,钢轨承受的横向水平力和摩擦力均增大,这将导致钢轨接触面产生严重的塑性变形和表面硬化。

Abstract:The effect of the curvature raidus of a subway corner on the rolling contact fatigue properties of subway rails was investi- gated in detail without any lubricant by using JD--1 wheel/rail tribological simulation facility. The results indicate that with the de- crease in the radius of curvature, the wear amount of the rail increases and the wear depth and width increase as well. When the radius of the curvature of rails is small, creeping slip exsits between a wheel and rail. Also, the horizontal and frictional force that the rails withstanded increases. Therefore, severe plastic deformation and surface hardening on the contact surface of the rail take place .
