GSP气化炉激冷水系统阀门的使用与技术改造

摘    要:介绍了GSP气化炉激冷水系统流程和阀门使用情况,分析了阀门易磨损的原因,给出了具体的阀门改造方案:选用高硬度陶瓷材料和滑板阀结构。改造后,阀门使用时间由最初的不到3天延长到1年以上,有助于提高气化炉的稳定运行能力。

Abstract:The process of the chilled water system of the GSP gasifier and the operation practice of the valves used in this system were introduced in this paper. The causes of the frequent wear and tear of the valves were analyzed, and suggestions for revamping the valves were given. By adopting hard ceramic materials and slide model, the life time of the valves extended from less than 3 days up to more than one year, which was benefit to the stable operation of the gasifier.
