超低硫清洁汽油生产方案的选择及工业应用

摘    要:环保法规的日益严格使超低硫清洁汽油的生产备受关注。本文着重分析了S-Zorb汽油吸附脱硫技术与其他脱硫技术的区别及优势,同时对该技术在国内某炼油厂的工业应用情况进行了介绍。工业应用表明:采用S-Zorb汽油吸附脱硫技术后,催化裂化汽油的硫含量从276.0μg/g培降至7.7μg/g,辛烷值损失仅为0.4个单位,精制汽油总收率为99.01%,各项技术指标基本在设计范围内。

Abstract:Production of the clean gasoline with ultra low sulfur content is concerned with the stringent environmental requirements increasingly. Advantages and characteristics of the S-Zorb adsorption desulfuriza- tion technology are analyzed emphatically, and industrial application of the S-Zorb in a refinery of China introduced. The results of industrial application show that the sulfur content of gasoline made from fluid catalytic cracking is reduced 276.0 μg/g to 7.7 μg/g, the loss of octane value to be only by 0.4 unit, the total yield of refining gasoline to 99.01%, and the technical parameters being in design range basically.
