Study on Summarization of Virtual Enterprise Development

As a new organization and management operation model, Virtual Enterprises (VE) break through the limit of the traditional ones and realize to dynamic dispose and optimize the global resource. From the background of VE emerging, the article gives a summarization to some aspects of the VE systemically and entirely, including the history of the development, characters, basic types and present situation of application. Furthermore, it makes a brief introduction to some developed research methods in view of VE existing situation and makes analyses and prospects to the VE development.
