基于遗传灰色液氯储罐焊接质量可靠性评价方法的研究

摘    要:利用遗传灰色系统理论和方法对液氯储罐焊接质量进行评价,在分析灰色GM(1,1)模型建模机理的基础上,利用遗传算法优化此模型,提高评价精度,节约人力和物力。实例表明,遗传灰色系统理论和方法对焊接质量进行评价是可行的,且具有显著的预测精度。

Abstract:This paper makes use of mostly the genetic-gray system theory and method to evaluate the welding quality,according to the modeling mechanism of GM(1,1),the optimum model is given on genetic algorithm.This method enhances the evaluating precision and saves the cost.An example shows genetic-gray system theory and method are useful to evaluate the welding quality,and have a high forecast precision.
