摘    要:广州供电局110kV三江变电站采用面向通用对象的变电站事件(generic object oriented substation event,GOOSE)技术的10kV备用电源自动投入(简称备自投)装置频繁发出"装置内部故障"及"通信故障"信号,为此,介绍了基于GOOSE的备自投原理,对该装置的故障现象进行分析,找出故障原因是由于负荷在"无流"定值临界点时主变压器后备保护频繁启动而引起的,修改"无流"定值后解决了故障问题。此外,若装置损坏,更换装置并下装配置数据后需对装置进行有关GOOSE的保护功能测试,测试通过后才能将装置投入运行,以避免出现因GOOSE配置错误而带来的保护误动等情况。

Abstract:The 10 kV automatic bus transfer equipment based kV Sanjiang Substation under Guangzhou Power Supply on generic object oriented substation event (GOOSE) in 110 Bureau frequently sent signals of " internal fault" and "communication fault". Accordingly, the principle of GOOSE-based automatic bus transfer is described with the fault of the equipment analyzed. It is found that the fault was caused by frequent starts of main transformer backup protection with load at the critical point of "no flow" setting. The fault is eliminated after modifying the "no-flow" setting. In case of damaged equipment, new equipment with configuration data installed should pass the GOOSE-related protective function testing before operation, so as to avoid protection maloperation, etc. caused by faulty configuration of GOOSE.
