摘    要:合成了 SO2 - 4 /Mx Oy 型固体超强酸催化剂 ,并考察了催化剂种类和制备条件对催化活性的影响。发现SO2 - 4 /Ti O2 催化活性比 SO2 - 4 /Zr O2 和 SO2 - 4 /Fe2 O3高 ;Mx Oy 型氧化物在 1 mol/L H2 SO4溶液中浸渍 1 4 h,60 0℃下焙烧 3h催化活性最高。以自制的固体超强酸 SO2 - 4 /Ti O2 作为催化剂 ,通过葡萄糖和乙酸酐反应合成葡萄糖五乙酸酯 ,并探讨了诸因素对产率的影响。实验表明 :糖酸摩尔比 1∶ 6.0 ,催化剂用量 9% ,反应时间3h,反应温度 1 1 5~ 1 2 0℃ ,产率可达 86.4 %。

Abstract:The solid superacid catalyst SO 2- 4/M xO y was synthesized and the preparational conditions of catalyst were also studied. It was found that the catalyst activity of SO 2- 4/TiO 2 immersed in 1 mol/L H 2SO 4 for 12 h and cured at 600 ℃ for 3 h was the highest. The synthesis of glucose pentaacetate from glucose and acetic anhydride was catalyzed by solid superacid SO 2- 4/TiO 2, and the factors influencing on the yield of the reaction were discussed. The yield of the glucose pentaacetate could reach over 86.4% under molar ratio of glucose and acetic anhydride 1∶6, the reaction temperature of 118~ 120 ℃ , reaction time of 3 h and amount of SO 2- 4/TiO 2 solid superacid catalyst of 9%.
