植物染料荆芥对羊毛织物染色性能的研究

鉴于人类对于人体健康、生态环境和可持续发展的进一步重视,研究开发具有环保、天然生态特性的植物染料来代替部分有毒合成染料,开发环保纺织品,对于羊毛生产的可持续发展有着重要的意义.文章选用植物染料荆芥,用水煮法提取荆芥染料进行染色实验,通过改变工艺参数研究了浓度、温度、pH值、媒染剂等因素对染色质量的影响.通过优化实验,确定了最佳工艺方案,并且对上染后的织物进行了测试.结果表明,荆芥对羊毛织物染色的各项牢度指标都符合国家标准.

Research on dyeing performance of schizonepeto herb to wool fabric

As people pay more attention about their health,environment and the sustainable development,it is significative to the wool industry of studing that vegetable dyes substitute some poisonous chemical dyes.In this article,the color elements in schizonepeta herb were extracted by boiling water.This article analyzed many factors affecting the dyeing effect on the wool fabric.The direct dyeing,pre-mordant dyeing were carried out for wool fabric.Three factors,such as dyeing concertration,mordont concertration and pH value,were conditioned for choosing the best conditional dyeing process.According to the K/S value in the experiment,the best recipe was found.It was observed that the dyeing fastnesses were come up to the country's standard.
