| 摘 要： | 三峡枢纽工程实行静态控制、动态管理的投资管理模式。为科学管理动态投资,国务院三峡工程建设委员会办公室会同三峡总公司,委托中介机构分期编制《三峡枢纽工程价差计算办法》,并承担分年度价差报告的编制工作。从价差计算范围、原则、依据、计算基期、计算方法、审批程序,以及价差计算公式、主要参数的选取等几个方面进行了总结。价差计算成果表明,其控制投资的效果良好。结合三峡枢纽工程价差计算的实际,对基本建设工程项目的价差计算提出了几点建议。
