| 摘 要： | 用电市场对风电消纳能力不足已经成为制约风电发展的瓶颈,建设抽水蓄能电站被认为是水电缺乏地区调整电源结构、解决风电消纳能力问题的有效途径,但建设抽水蓄能电站解决风电消纳的经济性问题一直是个疑问,通过详细的方案测算认为在一定的条件下,电网企业或发电公司建设抽水蓄能电站解决风电消纳是经济可行的。
