| 摘 要： | 积石峡水电站工程施工过程中,会产生大量的水污染、大气污染、噪声污染、弃渣及垃圾污染等环境问题;大规模扰动原有土地还会造成新的水土流失。因此,施工之初环境监理工作就确立了环境保护目标,建立了环境保护体系,加强了环境保护三同时制度,落实了污染防治及治理措施,从而达到了最大程度减少环境影响和保护环境的目的。
