浅析高寒环境下水轮机蜗壳焊接质量控制

摘    要:积石峡水电站1号机蜗壳是在高寒、露天环境下焊接的,为保证焊接质量,焊接之前在工地进行了蜗壳焊接工艺评定试验,焊接中采取了严格的质量控制措施。焊缝检测结果,蜗壳焊接质量一次合格率达到99%以上,总体质量良好。

Abstract:The spiral case of No.1 turbine in Jishixia Hydropower Station is welded under the circumstances of high altitude,cold climate and open area.In order to ensure welding quality,the process tests are conducted on site before formal welding,and the strict quality control measures are adopted during the welding.The detections show that more than 99% weld seams meet the requirements on quality and the overall welding quality is good.
