摘    要:积石峡水电站压力钢管整体卷制是大直径钢管制作的一种新工艺,已获得国家专利。整体卷制技术改变了压力钢管制作的传统工艺,全过程无需起吊设备实现流水线作业。但在整体卷制过程中会产生程度不同的螺旋线性变形,如其变形不能有效控制就会影响管节制造质量。积石峡水电站采取了相应的预防措施,有效控制了螺旋变形。

Abstract:The integral rolling of penstocks for Jishixia Hydropower Station Penstock is a new technology of large-diameter steel pipe fabrication and has been approved as a Chinese patent.This new technology can fabricate penstocks without lifting and achieve pipelining process,but it will produce spiral deformation of penstock in different degrees which will lead to poor quality of penstock if can not be controlled.The preventive measures are taken in the integral rolling of penstocks for Jishixia Hydropower Station...
