配电网接地故障信息管理系统

摘    要:分析了接地保护运行中所遇到的问题,提出了配电网接地故障信息管理系统的概念和实施方案,介绍了该系统的性能、组成模块和运行效果.实践证明,该系统可以为接地保护评价提供客观标准,为中性点接地方式的选择提供参考,有利于配电网的安全可靠运行.

Abstract:An analysis is made of the difficulties encountered in earth-fault protection in China, and the concept and method of implementation of the earth-fault information management system are proposed based on earth-fault protection equipment in distribution systems. The performance of each module and the effect of operation are also described. It has been proved that the fault management system can provide objective criteria for the evaluation of earth-fault protection equipment and an important reference for neutral grounding mode selection, improving the safe and reliable operation of the power distribution network.
