摘    要:阐述了基于小波变换的行波测距法 ,针对小电流接地系统中存在的架空线电缆交替出现的现象 ,首次提出了消除波速度不连续的归一算法 ,以实现该系统中行波测距法。通过理论分析和仿真论证了该算法为小电流接地系统单相接地的故障测距 ,并提出了新的方法

Abstract:This paper discusses the algorithm of fault distance measurement with traveling wave based on Wavelet transform. For the instance of the alternation of overhead lines and cables in the non direct grounded neutral system this paper brings forward the algorithm of velocity conversion to singleness to eliminate the discontinuity of traveling wave velocity and to implement this algorithm. Both the theory analysis and results of simulation prove that the algorithm is feasible, consequently provides a new algorithm for the single grounded fault distance measurement in the non direct grounded neutral system.
