摘    要:焊管水压试验作为产品检验的一个重要项目得到广泛应用,改进和提高焊管端口密封装置的结构及性能,是保证试验可靠,高效的重要手段。对于端面密封效果差的问题,通过改进密封装置结构,利用试压水作密封推紧力,配合多级活塞产生不同的压差原理,研制出“多级可调压差推紧式端面密封装置”有效地提高了密封能力,解决了这一难题,实现仅用一套装置,就可进行多种管径和不同试验压力要求的水压试验。

Abstract:Hydrostatic test used as an important probject of examining welding pipe is widely used. Improvement of the structures and the properties of face seal device is a significant methed to ensure the test reliable and efficient. As for low effect of face seal, a new face seal device with muti adjustable differential pressure push has been developed by improving the structures of seal device, using test water pressure as the push force and applying differential pressure principle of muti pistons. The device overcomes the difficulty of low effect of face seal and the seal ability is improved. Only one set device is needed and hydrostatic test can be carried out to varied pipe radii and test pressure.
