D-S证据理论在电子证据内容确定性评估中的应用研究

电子证据都有不同程度的不确定性,当前理论和实践中缺乏对电子证据确定性定性、定量化的研究。文章采用D-S证据理论对电子证据内容确定性进行了评估,并与模糊综合评判法判断电子证据确定性程度做了对比分析,实验结果表明,D-S证据理论在判断电子证据确定性程度中具有可信度更高,准确性更高的特征。

D-S Evidence Theory in Electronic Evidence Content Certainty Evaluation

The electronic evidence has different levels of uncertainty,and also there is a lack of study on the qualitative objective and quantification of the electronic evidence in today＇s theory and practice.This paper accesses the certainty of the electronic evidence by D-S evidence theory.Then it does a comparative analysis of the certainty degree using comprehensive fuzzy evaluation.The result shows that in the process of estimating the degree of the electronic evidence certainty,D-S evidence theory has a feature of higher reliability and accuracy.
