啤酒企业节能改造发展低碳经济

摘    要:主要介绍了公司通过余热利用,能量系统优化,电机系统等多个节能项目的改造,提高了生产效率与能源利用率。余热利用项目中通过改进糖化工艺,采用动态低压煮沸并配备热能回收装置,每年可节约蒸汽9.27万吨;蒸汽冷凝水的回收每年可节约蒸汽3596.8吨,每年可节约新鲜水3.24万m3。能量系统优化项目中改进了生产设备,每年可节约蒸汽6656吨,年节电87.36万Kwh。包装车间可减少定员240人。采用高浓糖化工艺和发酵液激冷技术,糖化煮沸工段的耗能相应减少33.3%,冷量可节约3.28×109KJ,约合电能91.2万kWh。电机系统改造中对电机进行变频改造,每年节电约306.3万度。改造总节标煤10837.43吨/年。

Abstract:The article introduces that our corporation changed many items to save energy such as usethe surplus heat, optimize the energy system, change the electric machine and so on. So improved the producing efficiency and using efficiency of fountain.use the surplus heat, change the mashing method,use the dynamic leas-pressing boiling and heat energy reclaim device,we can save steam 9.27 myriad tons pear year. Reclaiming the condensation water of the steam can save steam 3596.8 tons pear year,save the flash water 3.24 myriad stere. In the item of optimize the energy system , we upswing the equipment,that can save steam about 6656 tons,save electricity 87.36 myriad kilowatt-hour, reduce 240 persons in the packing room.we use the mashing in high dense and sharp cold of the freshiy fermented beer ,that can save energy about 33.3%, save cold energy 3.28 ~ 109 kilojoule.change to the electric energy about 91.2 myriad kilowatt-hour.,change the electric machine in changed frequency,can save electricity 306.3 myriad degree pear year, change to the mark coal about 10837.43 tons pear year.
