摘    要:“凝结水精处理模拟控制实训装置”是教育部批准的、中央财政支持的实训基地建设项目内容之一。是模拟600MW、国产超临界燃煤发电机组的凝结水精处理系统,建立系统的物理模型,并实现对化学水处理辅助系统的控制。是结合自动检测技术、CRT显示技术、计算机控制技术、组态控制技术、网络技术、通信技术、现场总线技术,实现电厂凝结水处理系统的顺控、保护、连锁、报警等功能。为国内首次成功研制的实训装置,为实现国家级骨干院校的“校中厂”实训基地建设任务提供必要的硬件条件。

Abstract:"Condensate water fined processing system modulating control practical equipment" is one of the government financial support construction projects approved by the Ministry of Education and aided by Central Financial Fund. It simulates condensate water fined processing system of 600MW supercritical coal-fired generating units, creates a physical model and achieves the control of auxiliary chemical water treatment system. The system combines with automatic detection technology, CRT display technology, computer control, configuration control, network technology, communication technology, field bus technology. It implements sequence control, protection, interlock and alarm functions of power plant condensate water treatment system. The system is the first successful developed training device in our country. It provides the necessary hardware requirements for the construction of the "factory in school" training base in national key vocational colleges.
