摘    要:利用Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian(ALE)有限元方法求解爆炸冲击过程中的流固耦合问题:采用ALE算法描述流体和炸药模型,采用Lagrangain方法描述舵结构模型,不同介质间的界面采用接触罚函数耦合算法。应用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA仿真模拟舵遭受TNT炸药爆炸冲击作用的全过程,得到舵的应力云图、位移云图,典型位置压力时间历程,加速度时间曲线等冲击响应。计算结果表明:利用A L E方法可以预估舵在水下爆炸冲击载荷作用下的损伤情况,为舵的抗冲击设计提供依据。

Dynamic characteristic of ship rudder suffering underwater explosion shock

Abstract:Based on the Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian (ALE) Finite Element Methods, the numerical simulation of the whole process of ship rudder suffering the shock of TNT explosion was accomplished by FEA software LS-DYNA, and at last got the dynamic response of stress cloud chart of rudder, the stress cloud chart of rudder displacement, the time process of typical position pressure and acceleration-time curves under reasonable consideration of the fluid-solid coupling interaction between different medias. The results show that when the rudder is suffering the impact load of underwater explosion, the most vulnerable to be damaged departments are the part of rudder stock which is out of the rudder blade, the rudder blade which faces the explosion surface and the internal reinforced board. Besides it can be seen from the acceleration response curves, although some points are furber away from the explosion center, the peaks of those are great, which would be sufficient to disturb normal function of the rudder and other departments on the ship.
