摘    要:由于多数温控对象具有惯性大、滞后性强、非线性等特点,采用传统的PID控制方法很难达到高精度要求.本文在增量式PID控制器的基础上,设计出双温度反馈增量式PID控制器,并采用分段控制的方法,将其用于毛细管流变仪的实际控温系统,达到较高的控温精度,且方法简单易行,有较高的应用价值.

Abstract:Since the majority of temperature-controlled objects have the characteristics of big inertia,pure time-delay and nonlinearity,using the traditional PID control method was difficult to achieve high accuracy requirements.Considering these characteristics,a phased-controlled incremental PID controller with dual temperature sensors was proposed in this paper.And this PID controller was applied in capillary rheometer.Experiments show that the proposed PID controller can obtain satisfactory control effects,easy to use,and it has a strong reference value for industry controlling and scientific research.
