基于ZigBee网络的能源管控系统设计与实现

摘    要:钢铁企业是我国国民经济支柱产业,是节能减排的重点行业。文中以南京钢铁集团中板厂为案例,设计了基于ZigBee无线网络的能源管控系统。阐述如何从现场层、通信网络层和管理层三方面来构建系统。针对采集系统需求从硬件和软件上设计了ZigBee节点。系统运行验证,在实时采集数据和通信成功率方面性能指标良好,满足设计要求。

Abstract:Iron and steel enterprises are the pillar industry of national economy,and also the key target of the energy saving.This paper takes the Nanjing Iron and Steel Group Medium Plate Factory as the case,the design of intelligent energy management and control system based on ZigBee wireless networks was shown,which is composed of the field level,the communication network level and the management level and in three layer to build the system.The ZigBee nodes were designed specially for the data gathering system in the case from the hardware and software.The systems operation was good in the real-time data gathering and the correspondence success ratio,satisfies the design requirements.
