摘    要:该文介绍了利用原有的过程控制设备及改造厂内能源计量管理模式,实现各类能源数据的分散采集、集中管理、数据统计和分析能耗情况,评估各项节能设备和措施的相关影响,发布信息给相关管理和运营人员,结合节能措施建立更有依据、更有效果的节能体系。此能源管理系统已在青岛崂山玻璃有限公司节能改造项目成功应用,减少并限制了不合理消耗,帮助企业实现持续节能并改善了环境。每年可为企业节约百万元的能源消耗。

Abstract:This paper introduces the whole progress of using the intrinsic process-controlling equipment and reforming company’s management model of energy calculation so as to build up a more reasonable and effective energy-saving system together with energy-saving solutions,to realize decentralized-collecting,centralized management,statistic counting and analyzing energy consumption condition;to estimate the relevant influence of all the energy-saving equipments and solutions and to issue news to relevant managers and operators.This energy management system has been successfully put into use in the reforming project of Qsingtao Laoshan Glass Co.,Ltd,.It has reduced and limited the unreasonable consumption and assisted company succeed in saving energy and improving the environment.This system can economize millions of energy consumption each year.
