摘    要:在充气欠平衡钻井过程中,地层存在诸多不确定因素及不可预知情况。尤其是煤层气的开发,如果各种突发状况或者影响安全钻进的其他工况未能被及时监测与控制,则会发生井塌、井眼不清洁等安全事故,严重影响正常钻进。因此,针对现有的煤层气充气欠平衡钻井施工工艺及配套设备,利用模糊神经网络的自适应学习特点建立控制模型,以组态软件为软件开发平台,通过对监测参数的组合优化控制,建立一套煤层气充气欠平衡钻井实时监控系统。

Abstract:In under balanced drilling process,there are many uncertainties and unpredictable situations in stratum.Especially for CBM development,if variety of unexpected situations and other unsafe drilling conditions could not be monitored and controlled timely,security incidents such as well collapse and dirty borehole would happen which was effecting seriously on normal drilling.So,for the current CBM aerated under balanced drilling technology and equipment,the article establish the control model taking advantage of adaptive learning ability of fuzzy neural network,take configuration as software development platform,frame a real-time monitoring system of CBM aerated under balanced drilling through a combinatorial optimize control of monitoring parameters.
