多级导电式水位传感器设计及应用

摘    要:针对传统水位测量方法中对水位信号进行模数转化产生较大误差,以及传统机械式水位传感器易磨损等缺点,提出了一种采用多级导电数字式的水位传感器检测电路,并分别从系统硬件设计和软件设计的角度,提出了增强系统可靠性的措施。本系统可以实现对水位信号的多级采集,避免模拟量转换成数字量造成的误差,极大地提高了检测的准确性,具有自动控制、可靠性高、监控及时、准确方便等优点,大大提高了检测水位信号的自动化程度。该系统的成功应用说明了其具有良好的工程应用价值。

Abstract:In the traditional measuring method of water level,it has great error in the water level signal analog-to-digital conversion,and has some shortcomings in traditional mechanical water level sensor easily wearing.Therefore,putting forward a kind of use multilevel conductive digital water-level sensor to detect circuit,and separately from the hardware design and software design point of view,the measures of system reliability were raised.This system can realize the multistage collection of water level signal,avoid analog conversion into the digital quantity errors,and greatly improve the detection accuracy.It has automatic control,high reliability,timely and accurate monitoring convenient,greatly improving the automation degree of water level signal detection.The success of the system applications shows that the system has a good application value.
