高固色率活性蓝染料KN-FB的开发研究

摘    要:由2-氯-5-硝基苯磺酸钠为起始原料,经过氯磺化、亚磺化、羟乙基化、胺解、酰化、硝基还原、缩合和闭环酯化等8步反应合成出高固色率活性蓝染料KN-FB,总收率达50%以上,其各项性能指标均达到或超过国外商品染料RemazolBrilliantBlueFB的水平.对合成中间体进行了结构表征,并找出各步反应的稳定条件.

Abstract:A reactive blue dye KN FB with excellent fixing efficiency was synthesized using sodium 2 chloro 5 nitrobenzenesulfonate as starting material via chlorosulfonation,sulfination,hydroxyethylation,amination,acylation,reduction,condensation,ring closure and esterification and so on.The total yield of final dye was reached over 50 %,and its performance and quality index were all reached or surpassed the level of the same kind of foreign commercial product,Remazol Brilliant Blue FB.The structure of those obtained intermediates were characterized or identified by IR,NMR,MS and element analysis,and the conditions of above mentioned reactions were optimized.
