| 摘 要： | 为了充分发挥Autocoro 288型、Autocoro 312型转杯纺纱机的性能,纺制高质量低成本的棉纱,需要全面采取技术措施:根据纱线用途合理配棉;加强前纺工序的工艺管理,控制棉条重不匀;确保各车间温湿度符合工艺要求;合理使用转杯纺纱机纱线监测系统;加强纺纱元件的管理和维护;做好落后单锭的追查和处理,加强质量控制.

| Abstract: | For spinning high quality and low cost cotton yarn, on the base of performance of Autocoro 218 and Autocoro 312 Rotor spinning frame, technology measures should be adopted all-sided. The measures are assorting reasonably according to usage of yarn, strengthening technology management of fore-spinning process, controlling weight unevenness of cotton sliver, confining workshop moisture temperature to suit technology demands, using monitoring system of rotor spinning frame reasonably, strengthening management and attendance of spinning unit, checking & dealing with lagging single spindle and strengthening quality controlling. |
