微波辅助技术提取香蕉皮粗多糖的研究

摘    要:以新鲜香蕉果皮为原料,采用微波辅助技术提取香蕉皮粗多糖,并通过正交试验确定香蕉皮粗多糖的最优提取条件.实验结果表明,香蕉皮粗多糖的最佳提取条件为:以水为提取剂,微波作用时间60 s,料液比1:50,微波炉功率为595W,提取4次.在最佳提取条件下,香焦皮粗多糖的得率为4.79%.

Abstract:Banana skin raw polysaccharide was extracted from the fresh banana skin by microwave assisted approach.The optimum extracting conditions were investigated through orthogonal experiment.The results show that the optimum extracting conditions are: time for microwave-assisted extraction is 60 seconds;ratio of banana skin to water is 1:50 and the power of microwave oven is 595W and the extraction is repeated four times.The yield percentage of banana skin polysaccharide is 4.79% under the optimum conditions.
